Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Used or altered products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect Quran Pak Wall Stand, we will gladly replace it, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Hafiz Decore will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges
